General Conditions:

• We (Trueidea) reserve the right to refuse or stop granting any of the services or products we provide to any person or entity without the obligation to give reasons.

• We (Trueidea) are committed to clarity and transparency with the customer in all stages of providing the service.

• Fraudulent use of any of the services or products is a breach of the agreement, which makes those who do so vulnerable to the application of the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the competent authorities within it.

• We (Trueidea) reserve our right to refuse to provide any service that we think is inconsistent with our policies, or contains a violation of one of the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Pricing policy, rate adjustment and payment methods:

• The customer is obligated to pay the specified value for the service or product, and based on what is formally agreed upon with him, in addition to the value added tax according to the regulations applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• In the event that the price of any service or product is modified, it will not be applied to any service or product that was provided before the date of modification.

• The accepted currencies for our services and products are the Saudi Riyal, or its equivalent in US dollars.

• We remind the customer before the due date for payment for his services one or more times. In the event of a delay in the specified payment date, we have the right to suspend or cancel the service.

Return Policy:

• In the event that there is agreement on the retrieval feature of one of the products or services; the customer is entitled to obtain the value that he paid, before the expiry of 30 days from the date of obtaining it, which is the period specified as a period of trial.

Responsibility:

• Full responsibility for the content of the sites hosted with us, or the opinions expressed therein, rests with the customer before the legal and governmental authorities.

• We are not responsible for any damages that may be caused to the work as a result of stopping a service, due to misuse by the client, or because of third parties, and our team will strive to make the greatest possible effort to end these reasons.

• We are responsible for providing and maintaining services and products to the customer during the contract period.

• The customer is fully responsible for his account, and the accounts affiliated with him, in any of his services provided by third parties.

• In the event of requesting any additional services (not included in the contract), Trueidea has the rights to request an additional amount to be determined by our team.

Copyrights:

• We (Trueidea) reserve the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all the contents of this site and its various applications, and in the icons it contains, or those rights that you obtain permission from its owner to include in this site and its various applications.

• The user of the site has no right to copy, print, download or transmit any of the contents of this site in any form or electronic means or any system for storing and extracting data except for personal use or within the entity or organization to which the user belongs.
